- Prepare journal entries and Management Reports and assisting with consolidation of multiple financial statements
- Reconciliation of banking & merchant processing, credit card accounts, and partnership payments and other balance sheets
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial package and supplemental schedules
- Weekly & monthly PowerPoint presentations for leadership (works closely with C Suite)
- Works with CFO and other leadership to prepare annual budget
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Prepares annual tax reports and other business tax filings
- Responsible for accounts receivable
- Oversee vendor & client open balance reporting and analysis
- Submit monthly collection files
- Seeking 4 years of progressive accounting background
- Experience with full cycle month close and preparation of financial statements
- High level of Microsoft Excel is desired
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting Consolidations
