- Handle accounts payable functions including invoice processing, three-way matching, and preparing check runs.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks such as billing, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Post transactions accurately to the general ledger for multiple entities.
- Assist with bank reconciliations for checking, savings, and credit card accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end processes including journal entries and corrections to account coding.
- Maintain organized records and documentation across all three companies.
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to both AP and AR functions.
- Experience managing transactions across multiple entities or business units.
- Must have QuickBooks Desktop experience.
- Proficient in performing three-way matches and processing check runs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Salary : $46,840 - $52,150
