Lawn Care Crew / Lead

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members and Leads to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. As a Lawn Care Crew Member and Crew Lead , you will work outdoors, utilizing your skills in lawn care and landscape maintenance to ensure that each property we service meets our high standards of quality.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain well-groomed lawns.
• Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
• Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for tasks such as cutting grass, digging, and maintaining hardscapes.
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance activities to ensure the health of plants and trees, including tree care practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge is a plus for efficient operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to dig and perform physical tasks associated with landscaping projects.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors are essential attributes for success in this role.
• Crew Lead Experience prefered for Leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
