What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Cronin Auto Family of Dealerships?
Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, customer oriented working environment? We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Service Advisor team.
The Service Advisor is a customer service and sales position within the service department of the dealership.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications, using maintenance menus.
- Provide estimates of labor & parts.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Maintain contact with the customer regarding status.
The successful Service Advisor will have:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
Additional qualifications may include, but are not required:
- Two years of experience in a dealership position.
- General knowledge of mechanical operations.
Experienced and entry level candidates will be considered.
