An award-winning, leader in cardiovascular care in Anchorage, AK is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time position within their clinic.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Must be able to prepare and inject radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging.
- Receives and records appropriate information regarding receipt of radioactive materials.
- Performs quality assurance procedures on all equipment.
- Process diagnostic images and prepares reports for Cardiologist.
- Graduate of an AMA approved school of nuclear medicine technology
- AT least one year of nuclear medicine experience
- Current registration for ARRT or NMTCB needed.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
