Personal Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Champion Student Ministry of the church by fighting diligently to ensure ministry happens the same way across all locations.
- Design and develop a scope and sequence for Student Ministry from 6th to 12th grade.
- Design, develop and implement a discipleship strategy for Middle and High School Students.
- Partner with parents to help their students to know and follow Jesus.
- Lead the Student Ministry with a vision to see students take their next step with Jesus.
- Recruit, prepare, equip, and encourage leaders on Middle/High School Serve Teams.
- Oversee all Sunday / Wednesday Student Gatherings aspects, such as leading small group leaders, guest
- experience, security, and worship/production.
- Create and lead a Student Leadership Team in Cartersville.
- Schedule regular creative brainstorming meetings to plan sermon series and creative elements for Student
- Ministry gatherings.
- Intentionally invest in the lives of students through building relationships.
- Build bridges from the Student Ministry to local schools.
- Ensure that ministry objectives are accomplished.
- Effectively steward the budget and all resources related to your ministry.
- Oversee social media and communications to serve the team and parents.
- Ensure excellence in all areas of the Student Ministry.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Position may require some travel locally.
- As required, attend staff and departmental meetings on time.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
- Doctrinal beliefs congruent with Crosspoint City Church.
- Possess the ability to inspire, instruct, and encourage through effective communication in various settings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a team approach to ministry.
- Ability to be discreet in dealing with confidential matters and materials.
- Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and members face to face.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
- Confidentiality of personal and church information is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google docs.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions - This position encompasses indoor and outdoor environmental
conditions. It necessitates the capacity for prolonged sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and flexible movement.
Occasionally, lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds with assistance may be required. Proficiency in operating a
computer, phone system, and other office equipment is necessary.
Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work consist of Middle School and High
School Gatherings in Cartersville, Thursday/Sunday Gatherings, and Monday-Thursday office hours.
