Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
- Assigned territory supporting portfolios of up to 25 properties.
- Collaborate with office staff, supervisors, and managers.
Technical Knowledge:
- Possess a working knowledge of diverse mechanical systems (HVAC, commercial kitchens, boilers, mini splits, etc.).
Professionalism:
- Maintain professionalism in interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: A college degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential property management is highly valued.
- Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and task-oriented.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team Player: Ability to work closely with office staff, supervisors, and managers.
- Fraternity/Sorority Experience: List organization and roles on your resume if applicable.
Additional Responsibilities for Facility Operations Team Member:
Representation:
- Represent CSL Management, LLC, and clients to vendors, parents, residents, and university personnel.
- Travel to properties or industry-related events may be required.
Operational Management:
- Organize, monitor, coordinate, and evaluate daily work tickets and projects.
- Handle emails and calls for repairs, maintenance, and routine operations.
- Review vendor agreements, leases, project contracts, etc., providing guidance based on industry knowledge.
- Manage tasks or issues as requested by CSL Management leadership, adapting to changing priorities.
- Occasional travel may be required to client locations, conferences, meetings, etc.
Communication:
- Oversee communication with clients and vendors, promptly responding to questions and concerns.
- Engage in daily communication with vendors to coordinate necessary work on projects.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform tasks such as data entry, document tracking, filing electronically, and processing invoices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergency calls and coordinate issue resolution.
- Issue Resolution:
- Assist with complaints, concerns, and questions related to chapter house operations.
- Serve as an advocate and primary resource for house corporation or headquarters leadership.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Membership in an inter/national fraternity or sorority is strongly preferred.
- 3 years of experience working/volunteering in the fraternity and sorority community.
- Previous work experience (3 years) preferred.
- Excellent people skills and professionalism.
- Independent, self-motivated, and success-driven.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
