Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage calls while maintaining the client’s and Firm’s standards
- Manage Inbound and Outbound calls and collections.
- Troubleshoot common issues
- Collaborate with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 1 years of customer service rep experience required.
- Experience handling heavy inbound and outbound calls
- Receptionist and front desk experience a plus.
- Basic computer skills
- Goal Driven
- Strong Work Ethic
