Essential Functions:

- First point of contact with external customers providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Provide clerical support services as required by the customer, generating custom reports and responding to specific needs.
- Shipping and receiving desk
- Comfortable in fast paced environment, speaking in person to carrier., assigning doors

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Must be proficient in using; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- WMS Systems experience
- Use of office equipment
- Strong analytical skills, as well as, independent thinking/reasoning ability.
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
Pay: $20-$21/hr.
