Position Overview

As a Restoration Contents Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our contents restoration division. This position involves managing the restoration, cleaning, storage, and movement of clients' personal and business belongings after incidents such as water, fire, or mold damage. You'll oversee a team of 30 employees and ensure projects are completed efficiently and with the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory, cleaning, restoration, and storage processes for clients' contents.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of packing, moving, and storage operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project, including client communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project workflows and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in content restoration.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in content restoration, cleaning, storage, and moving operations.
• Proven experience managing personnel, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
