Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily accounting procedures
- Preparing monthly financial statements and maintaining a general ledger
- Managing employee benefits, payroll processing and new hire training
- Regulating payment conditions
- Sourcing and establishing new vendor partnerships
- Supervising accounts payable and managing cash accounts and all related transactions
- Assisting with the implementation of new ERP system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Familiarity using Sage
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in discrete manufacturing preferred
- Excellent attitude and leadership ability
