- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices
- Build trust and lasting relationships with our community of drivers

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine interest in cars and customer service
- Experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automotive background a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
