Warranty Sales Administrator

· Contact existing customers to offer additional warranties and other products.
- Establish and build positive relationships with the designated warranty representatives and the representative of any aftermarket warranty company with which the dealership conducts business.
- Review every warranty sold for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the applicable policies and D&M procedures.
- Review all returned and/or canceled warranty claims and prepare to send them to the appropriate office.
- Provide a weekly report to your manager regarding all service contracts sold Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Additional administrative duties, including front desk coverage when needed for short periods of time.
- Work from our offices at Southwest Freeway and Newcastle Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm, and every other Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm.
- Hourly plus commission.

- Ability to work with the inside sales team, contacting customers after they lease a vehicle and selling them additional warranties and other products over the phone.
- Detailed, quick thinking, and able to handle multiple projects all the time.
-Strong customer service skills and excellent communication ability on the phone.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
