POSITION SUMMARY The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, focusing on expanding into new verticals. This role involves identifying prospects, closing new deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships with newly acquired clients through regular communication and oversight. Additionally, the Account Executive attends Project Management meetings and helps identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on client needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including sequencing, cold calls, and referrals, to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Engage in daily prospecting efforts, including cold calling and following up with warm leads.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve service-related issues.
  • Prepare, process, and review critical documents such as proposals, contracts, SOW revisions, and marketing materials.
  • Present proposals and provide accurate quotes based on a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with clients to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients and adapt strategies.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Minimum Required : Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field or combination of experience and education. EXPERIENCE Minimum Required : 3 years’ experience in sales. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe, Canva, and Publisher is a plus.
  • Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a bonus. Communication Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to establish rapport with clients, present information clearly, and respond effectively to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to tailor communication based on audience, providing clear and concise updates to internal teams and clients. Time Management Skills :
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities, manage tasks, and meet deadlines based on the urgency and severity of individual, departmental, and company goals.
  • Capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Personal Skills :
  • Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with various individuals, including clients, team members, and cross-functional departments.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn new skills in a unique and evolving industry.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a busy, fast-paced work environment with a continuous improvement mindset. PHYSICAL EFFORT
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Ability to walk and sit for extended periods.
  • Visual ability for extended reading and computer work.
  • Travel by car and air for local, regional, and national trips, up to 20%. WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Standard office setting with climate control.
  • Moderate noise level in the production facility.
