POSITION SUMMARY The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, focusing on expanding into new verticals. This role involves identifying prospects, closing new deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships with newly acquired clients through regular communication and oversight. Additionally, the Account Executive attends Project Management meetings and helps identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on client needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including sequencing, cold calls, and referrals, to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Engage in daily prospecting efforts, including cold calling and following up with warm leads.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare, process, and review critical documents such as proposals, contracts, SOW revisions, and marketing materials.
- Present proposals and provide accurate quotes based on a thorough understanding of customer needs.
- Schedule follow-up meetings with clients to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients and adapt strategies.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Minimum Required : Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field or combination of experience and education. EXPERIENCE Minimum Required : 3 years’ experience in sales. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe, Canva, and Publisher is a plus.
- Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a bonus. Communication Skills :
