What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Technician position at Daddison Construction?
We are seeking a Construction Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various construction tasks on residential and commercial construction sites. This person will ensure quality of work and compliance with industry standards.
A construction technician is responsible for assisting with various aspects of construction projects, including but not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and/or technical drawings.
- Assisting with the construction and installation of structures, fixtures, and equipment.
- Operating construction equipment and machinery/power tools
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
- Collaborating with other team members, such as construction managers & fellow technicians.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure project deadlines are met.

Ability to Relocate:
- Toccoa, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
