What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Service Representative position at Data-Trax?
We are seeking an experienced Account Support Representative to assist the owner in our growing construction business. Ideal candidate will have good computer and data entry skills, and knowledge of smartsheet, excel, word, and gmail/email. Adobe Acrobat experience a plus. Previous customer service background a must. Good oral and written communication skills needed.
Position will gather production information from our crews and update progress trackers and customer databases. Oversee material ordering and inventory levels. Interface between customer and field production. Direct contact with customers. Work issuance to the field. Training provided on all aspects and processes of the position.
Work Hours are 8am to 4:30pm, but may be somewhat flexible for the proper candidate. Competitive compensation, health insurance, etc. Send resume for consideration.
