Job Summary
We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our warm and welcoming Central Services IT Function. Supporting the whole of Kiwa UK, the purpose of this role is to provide second line IT support, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team and improving support and response times. This role will also involve taking charge of Azure and Intune management. Our office is based in Harrogate offering flexible hybrid working. - Communicate with users to find, diagnose and fix problems
- Work with external providers to maintain and support IT systems
- Track work in progress and record issues and solutions
- Update online knowledge banks
- Progressing tickets escalated from first line support and escalating to third line as/when needed
- Support customer facing products
- Maintain and manage Azure and Intune
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience of working on a support desk and/or helping resolve IT issues
- Office 365 administration knowledge/experience
- Active Directory (Users and Computers) experience
- Remote support tools experience
- Azure management experience
- Intune management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Powershell experience
It would be great if you have some basic SQL/database knowledge, knowledge of diagnosing network issues and experience with Microsoft 365 Security Suite.
What can you expect from us in return?
