``Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but will train
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations a plus but will train
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Some knowledge in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest management is a plus but will train

Expected hours: 24 – 34 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
