Tool Rental Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through exceptional service and effective communication. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, basic Windows Computer efficiency, loading and unloading of rental equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in managing sales processes, including upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote products or services.
• Support the sales team by contributing to strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
• Experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and inventory control systems.
• Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong Mechnical Apptitude
• Small Engine Maintenance and service experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
