Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Cafe Attendants to join our Packers Athletic Club team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?
- Greets guests approaching the counter according to GuestPath standards and supplies guest with a menu
- Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Prepares and sells smoothies and coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso Lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino
- Prepare and serve food menu items
- Records all waste on required reports
- Acquaints guests with complimentary items and items available for sale
- Participates in set-up of cafe, arranges inventory, notifies Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages
- Performs clean-up duties in the café to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment, moping floors and dusting
- Completes opening closing checklists for cleaning restocking
- Performs other duties as assigned
Cashier Duties (if applicable)
- Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed
- Collects the proper payment for food and beverage items; processes credit card
More about you
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to remain stationary for entire length of shift
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs.
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
