Work you’ll do As a Human Capital Manager within our team you will: Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Lead workstreams and assist in development of junior staff Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload Assist in proposal development, as requested Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, internet research tools Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients The team Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes—is designed for impact. The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree Required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 50-60% , on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 5 + years of human capital experience including at least 3 of the following: stakeholder analysis, liaising between technical and non-technical audiences, change management, research of workforce trends, HR transformation, business process improvement, I/O survey design and analysis, analytics, organization transformation or design, strategic communications, and/or project management support Preferred: 1 + year of experience in management consulting 1 + year of experience focused on IT implementation projects, ERP projects, and / or child welfare based projects The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $208,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
