Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review documents related to escrow, loan processing, and contracts.
- Conduct credit analysis and ensure compliance with TILA regulations.
- Collaborate with lenders, agents, and clients to facilitate timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks efficiently.
- Assist in loan origination processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted promptly.
- Stay informed about FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in escrow, bank operations, or loan processing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and mortgage servicing processes.
- Familiarity with TILA regulations and real estate contracts is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office software and transaction management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
