Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Provide mobility support through exercises, ambulation, and transfers.
Vital Signs & Documentation
- Record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data.
Emotional Support
- Offer companionship and emotional care to patients and families.
Environment Management

What You Bring
- Certification: Active CNA certification (home health experience preferred but not required).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Transportation: Reliable with local travel ability.
