Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Custodial Technician to join our team to service our facility in Sitka, Alaska. The Custodial Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure our facility is well-kept. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in upholding cleanliness standards, create a welcoming environment for all & maintian contract requirements.

The candidate must live in Sitka, AK.

The work schedule is (1) day per week [every Wednesday]

4 hours per week / 16 hours per month

As a Custodian, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and buffing

- Conducting industrial cleaning activities to maintain a sanitary environment

- Assisting with porter duties as needed

- Ensuring cleanliness by dusting, sanitizing, and organizing designated areas

- Collaborating with the GM to complete custodial tasks efficiently

Experience:

The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Prior experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred

- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous

- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in various settings

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
