DHB Enterprises LLC, doing business as “Epic Proportions” is a multi-channel online retailer and distributor. We retail products from leading brands on marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and Walmart.com. Our product assortment contains over 1,000 SKUs across many categories, and is growing rapidly. We are also in the early stages of developing our own private label brands to be sold online and distributed nationwide.
We are a small but growing team located in a brand new warehouse/office building in Middleton, MA, looking to expand our product assortment, sales channels, and relationships with existing vendors. As a successful retailer in the top 1-2% of third party merchants by sales volume, you will learn highly valued and sought-after career skills as retail continues to move increasingly online.

The warehouse manager performs an essential role to ensure products move through the warehouse accurately, safely, and quickly. A warehouse manager performs a variety of management duties, including the following:
- Ensuring accuracy of product labelling, receiving, and shipping
- Ensuring employees are following best practices, instructions, and working at an adequate pace
- Purchasing and maintaining stock of supplies, including boxes, tape, polybags, labels, trash bags, etc.
- Quarterly performance reviews of warehouse employees
- Managing and approving time off requests
- Assisting with hiring warehouse associates as needed
- Warehouse optimization and collaboration on the creation of workflows and best practices
- Creating, managing, and booking freight shipmentsCommunicate with trucking companies to ensure shipments are scheduled and picked up on time
- Communication of any problems or concerns with front office staff
- Perform cycle counts as needed
- Listing items on Amazon.com

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
