To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and very organized. The Endpoint Services Area Administrator is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, securing, and supporting computer endpoints, Apple mobile devices and peripherals throughout the enterprise while assisting users with technical support of the operating systems, applications, and other related technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support for all end users in CDI's environment
- Maintain compliance with PCI and other Security Requirements
- Installation, configuration, and sustained usability of computers, their associated peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines
- Track and resolve endpoint vulnerability issues
- Use available tools to load Operating Systems and to install/repair applications
- Test OS updates, application upgrades, and new products prior to installation in production environments
- Coordinate implementation of software and hardware changes
- Quickly troubleshoot problems to isolate the cause
- Interface with other CDI's associates, both technical and non-technical
- Roll out iPhone and iPad devices and upgrades for all users
- Work with 3rd party vendors for installation/support of software applications and hardware solutions
- Work with our parent company to remedy vulnerability issues on Workstations and Laptops
- Use available tools to monitor endpoints for proactive issue remediation
- Follow group standards and policies
- Keep physical inventory and installation records current
THE SKILL SET
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
- Previous experience installing and supporting hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Ability to listen to users' issues and help find a solution
- Excellent customer service skills

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP network concepts
- Clear, open communication coupled with strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Proficient with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Apple mobile operating systems

- Familiar with networking concepts
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
- Ability to maintain poise and efficiency during hectic situations
- Ability and desire to adapt to changing technologies
- Ability to work independently and in teams while managing multiple deadlines
- Ability to plan and manage changes in a production environment while minimizing user impact
- Must be available to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
