Responsibilities:
- Invoice based on contracts
- Follow up with clients and partners as needed
- Collaborate with clinical teams to obtain missing data
- Ensure timely payments of services rendered
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree required
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Be able to write professional emails.
- Medical/clinical research collections experience required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
