Job Summary
The primary role of the Admitting Concierge is to facilitate patients through the Admitting process.
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as primary greeter to patients as they arrive to the Admitting area keeping in constant communication with them as they wait for services.
- Reviews patient's orders to direct them to appropriate area maintaining a smooth flow of service in the waiting areas.
- Conducts ongoing customer service training as needed.
- Utilizes feedback to provide continued evaluation/improvement of the Admission process through customer surveys.
- May assist with phones, making copies or other clerical functions as needed.

Qualifications

- Prior hospital Admitting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of billing and collections preferred.
- Experience in medical office or medical training program required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
