Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the leadership team
- Monitor, prioritize and respond to email correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and support logistics for internal and external meetings
- Develop slide decks independently with automation tools
- Prepare and maintain dashboard reports and tracking departmental projects
- Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) for data organization, collaboration, and communication
- Apply analytical skills to support decision-making, leveraging tools like Google’s Gemini AI
- Leverage Salesforce for reporting and data analysis
- Assist with Excel for data management and reporting
- Provide support with NetSuite functions related to accounting, billing, and collections
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong background in business analysis, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access or equivalent database tools, a plus
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini)
- Prior experience working with nonprofit organizations, especially in areas like fundraising, prospect research, and donor management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a confident phone presence and strong in-person relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Maintains the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and mutual trust
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferred
