Dynamic Access is seeking a dynamic A/P Clerk to work in our corporate office in Richardson, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the A/P process in Bill.com and Sage Intacct
- Enter new vendors as needed
- Validate/Maintain vendor information across systems, including Sage Intacct and Bill.com
- Reconcile vendor accounts upon request
- Make suggestions for weekly check runs based on the A/P aging report and cash projection
- Process 20-30 checks per week in Bill.com
- Bank Reconciliations
- Help with collection efforts as time permits
- Other duties as assigned
- Three-plus years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with Sage System or Bill.com is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate most standard office equipment
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
