Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to LAN, desktop support, and computer networking
- Assist users with setting up and configuring systems including Mac OS, VPN, and firewall settings
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to log, track, and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with users to provide guidance and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Experience
- Proven experience in technical support roles such as help desk or desktop support
- Familiarity with LAN, computer networking, VPN, and firewall configurations
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users of varying technical backgrounds
