Education requirements:
High school diploma (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients and their pets in a timely and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Update and maintain electronic medical records for patients
- Communicate with veterinarians and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Provide information to clients about emergency services and procedures
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage and organize paperwork, including medical records
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Schedule:
