Strategic Leader for University Advancement

About the Position:

We are seeking a Strategic Leader for University Advancement who will drive improvements to the University's business model, operational effectiveness, and process efficiency.

• This role involves leading various administrative and support operations, including facilities services, environmental health and safety, food services, IT, and university police, ensuring the smooth functioning of the University.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and strategic planning, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Collaboration with the leadership team, campus community, community agencies, builders, and contractors is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

The Strategic Leader for University Advancement will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering policies, programs, and procedures necessary to monitor and maintain the financial stability of the University.

This position will also involve receiving and managing university funds or other items of value, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
