Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Worker for a paint and coating manufacturing industry company.
Responsibilities:
- How You’ll Perform the Role This position is responsible for the pre-batch of paint blends and the staging of products for blended orders.
- The incumbent supports the facility Blenders in spray-outs, drawdowns, and filling customer orders. Blend custom paint orders.
- Match colors within facility color guidelines.
- Make blends of paint as directed. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follow Hazardous Material Handling Procedures Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment in a safe manner.
- Follow designated loss prevention, security and safety practices according to policy and correct or report non-compliance of appropriate procedures/policies.

- 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in country of employment
- Do not require sponsorship to work now or in the future Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to distinguish one or more chromatic colors, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
- The Company provides training on how to operate machinery such as hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Once trained, must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely operate this equipment.
