ECS is seeking a Help Desk Lead to work in our Quantico, VA office.
The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) provides special investigative services for the protection of Air and Space Force's resources, personnel, and operations. The agency's mission prioritizes the exploitation of counterintelligence activities for force protection, solving violent crimes that impact U. S. Forces, combatting threats to DoD's information systems and technologies, and deterring acquisition fraud.
ECS is looking for a AFOSI Help Desk Lead to run point on IT support, supervise technicians, manage accounts, hardware, software, and ensure system security. This person will be a great communicator and be able to triage system issues with a team of engineers and developers.
This is an on-site position at Quantico Marine base, Virginia. This position also requires a TS clearance.
Requirements:- BS in IT/Cybersecurity or certifications (GFACT, Security ), 8 years experience, Top Secret Clearance, team leadership in DoD or Law Enforcement settings.
