Eddie Deen and Company Catering is currently seeking an experienced receptionist/ administrative assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- answer incoming calls
- greet and assist onsite guests
- field all sales calls acquiring all the necessary info pertaining to new catering and venues needs
- keep track of all new catering and venue leads
- learn and navigate through Tripleseat
- assist Catering Coordinator as needed.
- any additional needs of the staff
Qualifications:
- experience in an office setting
- must be able to prioritize and multitask
- must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to operate a multi- line phone system
- good computer skills and willingness to learn
- possess an outgoing personality and positive attitude
Other:
Must have valid Drivers License and working knowledge in Excel.
Experience in hospitality field and knowledge of Tripleseat a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
