Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pump Assembly Technician to join our Houston team. This role is essential to the production and assembly of our high-quality pump systems. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a proven track record in industrial equipment assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot various types of pump systems.
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs and assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in pump assembly.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
