Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Assist users with Mac OS environments, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any related concerns.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network administration tasks such as firewall management and connectivity issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent requests while maintaining clear communication with users.
- Conduct routine maintenance on computer hardware and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to enhance overall system reliability.
Skills
- Proficiency in Mac OS and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
- Experience in IT infrastructure management, including network administration and firewall configuration.
- Proven ability in providing help desk support and technical assistance to end-users.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for software-related issues, with a focus on problem resolution.
