We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio! Our representatives provide open, friendly and enthusiastic service to each of our customers.

The Day to Day:
- Assist with various store functions and activities as directed by the store manager Perform keyholder duties as necessary
- Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines
- Welcome each customer with a friendly and professional greeting
- Have a working knowledge of current products
- Provide change during customer transactions
- Work with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store vibe
- Drive sales through product recommendations
What You’ll Need:
- Great customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role in a retail, café, or restaurant environment is a plus, we need candidates who love interacting on a one-to-one basis
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must be over eighteen years of age and possess work authorization
- The customer service representative will need to be able to stand for multiple hours and lift items to be scanned at the register
