Responsibilities
- You will be the bridge between our sales representatives and our vendor manufacturers/suppliers.
- Review orders placed by our sales representatives into our software for accuracy.
- Create and send purchase orders to our manufacturers/suppliers and follow up on order status and shipping confirmations.
- Forward and manage art proofs.
- Check tracking information for accurate and on-time delivery.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide outstanding client services by addressing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented correctly.
- Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and manage information effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer support experience.
