Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks, including groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Duties

• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mulching, hedge trimming, and pine straw installation.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of Mulch Installation, Pine straw installation, weeding, cleaning out the beds.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Dig holes for planting or installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
• Irrigate plants and maintain irrigation systems to ensure healthy growth.
• Build landscape features according to design specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and installation.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
