A renowned medical spa in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk receptionist to join our team. As the Front Desk team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical spa and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. **Position Overview: **

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our front desk team. Your responsibilities will include working with the front desk team, completing daily administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Greet and check-in clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.

- Verify client information, payments and necessary documentation.

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and client flow.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

- Handle billing, payment processing, and maintain financial records.

- Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, treatments, and products.

- Requires occasional lifting up to 75 lbs

**Qualifications: **

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

- Previous experience in a medical spa, wellness center, or similar environment.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and other standard office tools.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.

- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
