Primary Responsibilities:
MMA Team Leadership
- Directly manage and supervise Medication Management Assistants and MMA Leads
- Oversee MMA scheduling and workflow optimization
- Coordinate team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews for MMA staff
- Provide coaching and development for MMAs and MMA Leads
- Address performance issues and reinforce best practices
- Facilitate team training and compliance requirements
Provider Support Coordination
- Ensure efficient MMA support for medication management providers
- Coordinate PTO coverage for the MMA team to maintain consistent provider support
- Oversee systems for managing provider questions and requests
- Support the MMA team in managing provider schedules and patient flow
- Facilitate communication between MMAs and providers
Operational Management
- Monitor and optimize MMA workflows and processes
- Oversee intake and follow-up management systems
- Manage denials and billing concerns escalated by the MMA team
- Supervise IntakeQ, Concord, and Medication Management Jotform systems
- Maintain provider support standards and procedures
- Oversee Kadence scheduling system and required changes
Quality and Compliance
- Review MMA team documentation and processes
- Coordinate with shared services (Billing, Compliance, CATS, Legal)
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Oversee chart audit processes
- Manage grievance procedures related to MMA services
MMA Recruitment and Development
- Manage MMA and MMA Lead hiring processes
- Develop and implement MMA training programs
- Create and maintain MMA policies and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding of new MMA team members

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Consistently uses a computer and/or other office equipment.
- Consistently uses a variety of computer applications, including video chat
- Simultaneously communicates over the phone while using computer applications
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds for office needs.
- Minimally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally move or walk within an office environment.
- May occasionally need to climb stairs within an office environment.
