Responsibilities
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- System Management: Help maintain, support, and optimize the company's IT systems. (Epicor ERP, NetSuite ERP, Hyperion Financial Reporting - this is a critical portion of the role)
- Ability to grow into an IT leadership position.
- Planning: Help develop and implement IT plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organization's growth and efficiency.
- Security: Help to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems and manage disaster recovery plans.
- Be part of overseeing daily IT operations and support end-users to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, implementing efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance technology-driven productivity.
- Support obtaining CMMC and ITAR certifications.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (a master’s degree is highly desired). 4 years of IT experience including ownership of parts or portions of IT operations (note that this isn't the management role but has the aim of developing into the IT/compliance manager over the course of the next 2 to 5 years under the tutelage of the current Director of IT/Compliance).
- Innovation: Ability to stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies. Experience in identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement measures.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, security, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity
- Leadership Potential: Eager to grow into a management role with training and mentorship.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and provide effective IT solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
- ERP Systems: Experience with Epicor ERP, NetSuite ERP, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
- Experience in ITAR, CMMC, DoD management and certifications.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $100k and $130k annually. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
