What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at Elm Crest Manor?
Elm Crest is looking for an Admissions Coordinator!
This position is great for someone with an outgoing, friendly personality, along with great customer service skills!
As the Admissions Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the Elm Crest community by advising and conducting tours for prospective residents and their family members, maintaining our "Welcome Home" website, generate leads and providing knowledge to our community and surrounding areas about what Elm Crest has to offer when it comes to senior living. This position plays a vital role in managing the census for our Health Center; as well as, the Independent and Assisted Living areas by ensuring that our apartments and condos are being filled when turned over and maintaining a waiting list when full. You'll also be a vital part in building relationships with potential referral sources, managing the referrals portal and being the go-to person for hospitals and other healthcare facilities when discussing potential and upcoming admits. You'll provide support for the Social Services department with tasks in the pre-admission, discharge and follow-up processes for residents at Elm Crest.

- Hourly Pay starts at $20.00! Pay goes up based on prior experience!
- Monday - Friday, with the need for some flexibility for after hour/weekend events.

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, social services, or other related field preferred, but will consider an equivalent of combination of experience and training.
- Minimum one (1) years of prior marketing and sales experience, with senior living sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills!
- Creative thinker with excellent project planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and work outside of normal business hours at times, to accommodate marketing events, tours and meetings
