The role of the Project Coordinator is to handle various duties and responsibilities throughout the life of a roofing project. Working closely with Project Managers, our production team, estimating team, and management to ensure that the needs and expectations of Elo’s customers are met. Through coordination of schedules, information, and resources along with administrative duties critical to the documentation and processing of the project, the PC is to liaison with the customer throughout the project.
Job Functions:
- Liaise with customers identifying needs, timelines, concerns, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate tasks; managing the communication between our client and internal teams
- Handle all forms of communications and duties with ethical behavior, positivity, and professionalism
- Continued self-development and knowledge so to better manage risks and issues before they occur
- Communicate candidly and honestly all essential information ensuring the customer is aware of plans, procedures, or potential pitfalls
- Comprehensively manage a variety of different projects at different stages, while maintaining standards an expectation

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: From $20.00 per hour (negotiable for experienced applicants)
