Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in mortgage sales as loan officer, mortgage banker or wholesale account executive OR minimum one year of relationship-based sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS office products
Responsibilities
As Account Executive for company, your essential job functions will include, but are not limited to:
- The Account Executive will drive product sales by promoting EMET’s Brand, Loan Products, and Services to Mortgage Broker
- Responsible for soliciting business from mortgage entities (Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents) in assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with EMET clients (Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents).
- Provides a written report of sales call activities to the sales manager.
- Obtains approval packages for new clients when needed.
- Train and educate clients on EMET Mortgage’s LOS portal, programs, products, and processes to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines.
- Pipeline management to ensure loan & rate lock pull through.
- Work together with operations staff to facilitate loans from Submission to Funding.
- Stay abreast of underwriting guidelines and program changes.
- Communicate new announcements, changes, or policies to brokers on a regular basis
- Provide on-going service and support to Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in an office environment.
