Duties

- Support clients in home community care settings, facilitating their participation in community events and outings.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility or transportation.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to any health emergencies.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to create individualized care plans.
