What would you do as a Senior Account Executive Payor Relations

As the Senior Account Executive for Payor Relations at Enable Dental, you will serve as the primary contact for United Healthcare and its affiliates, providing comprehensive support and services tailored to their needs. Your role will involve cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with assigned payors, assisting in the onboarding of programs, and facilitating program design and implementation planning. You will manage day-to-day interactions, set priorities, and timelines to ensure satisfaction while delivering quality care.

Additionally, you will design and implement effective internal processes and training workflows that align with payor and program goals. Your analytical skills will be essential as you maintain proposals across verticals and analyze performance reports. By identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, you will develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving revenue and market share goals, while negotiating and closing complex deals to secure optimal pricing and contract terms.

A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, paired with 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within healthcare sales, will provide a solid foundation for success. Your proven track record in managing large, complex accounts will be vital for building and nurturing relationships with payors, particularly United Healthcare and its affiliates. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including reimbursement models, payor dynamics, and the regulatory landscape, is essential. You must be highly organized and able to communicate articulately, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Goal-oriented and detail-driven, your ability to negotiate and close complex deals will play a crucial role in achieving revenue and market share objectives, while your problem-solving skills will help navigate challenges as they arise.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
