What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Epoxy Warehouse USA?
Are you an outgoing people person with computer skills? Are you energetic, have great attention to detail, and able to lift 45 lbs on occasion? Are you eager to learn new things and stay & grow with a position & company? If so, this may be the position for you.
Through our weekly staff meetings and listening to others, you'll learn about epoxy flooring materials. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your office skills as you work along side team members with decades of experience.
You will use your great personality and enthusiastic voice to:
- Greet visitors and callers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Follow-up with customers & carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Your attention to detail will assist you with:
- Processing customer orders with accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Assisting in inventory management and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- English/Spanish REQUIRED
- Outgoing, cheerful personality.
- Ability to remember customer names.
- Stable work history.
- Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation & ability to run errands.
